JJK Jyvaskyla finally recorded a victory last time out, as the team won three points at home against Ilves on Saturday afternoon with a 3:1 result. They entered the match in a better manner, somehow being more determined to get a positive result and weren’t affraid to attack at the beginning.
They took the lead in eleventh minute via Vielma, while Etock doubled up the lead in 29th minute. Visiting side took over the ball and dominated on the field, however without real goalscoring chances created. Hosts were stadning decently in defensive part and only conceded via penalty kick in 84th minute when Ngueukam scored, however Etock netted his second to seal the victory for the hosts. With just five points after eleven rounds, they are still at the rock bottom position, but hope for better days now as they stand just three points behind safely placed HIFK. Left midfielder Benno Hanslian (1/0) remains injured.

KuPS, on the other side, managed to get another victory last Saturday, as the team visited Rovaniemi and didn’t have an easy game at all. They were just a bit better during all ninety minutes, but only managed to take the lead in last phase of the game, in 84th minute via Purje.

I expect home team to enter this match aggressive as they did against Ilves and if they repeat the same, we should expect an overall open and offensive clash between these two. KuPS anyway remains with a better form and are favorites, but if JJK repeats anything close from the previous game, this one should end up with three goals at least, in easy style.
