Arsenal are about to enter ‘yahoo boy’ mood as they are ready to rain the cash on Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez by making them the highest paid players in the club’s history. An Arsenal board meeting is scheduled for today where the club’s future will be discussed particularly that of Arsene Wenger, whom according to several media reports is being offered a new two year contract.
According to the Telegraph UK, Arsene Wenger has told the club that he can win the Premier League with these group of players and all he needs are two or three more signings. Mesut Ozil is said to have been offered more than 250,000 pounds a week and the club could go further to around 280,000 pounds a week for their two stars.
Several top clubs who are not wishing Arsenal well are closely monitoring the situation of Alexis Sanchez and are ready to pounce if Arsenal dull themselves on renewing the contract of the Chilean international.
