Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus is excited by the potential signing of Dani Alves by the Manchester club. Jesus is delighted at Dani Alves ability and the energy he will bring to the club. “It has not yet materialised, but when it does, I’ll be quite happy,” he said.
“I will be happy not just because of his quality, but for the energy he has. I really like the energy he has, it motivates the group, motivates people to always want to win in life and in the game.
“I’m worried he’s not sure yet. Come on, shall we, Dani? (laughs). Between Chelsea and City, it would take Pep Guardiola to make that difference.”
The 34-year-old right-back, who confirmed his departure from Juventus on Tuesday, is set to join City after agreeing a two-year deal.
