Real Madrid playmaker Isco has suggested that the root of rumors of him moving to Barcelona is possibly the work of a failed comedian who hasn’t eaten in days. The regularity of Isco’s playing time at Real Madrid is similar to that of a woman’s menstrual cycle but the Spaniard is unimpressed about the media mentioning Barcelona has a possible destination, if he decides to divorce Real Madrid.
“We players are used to rumours, especially when there is less football during the international break, but I don’t know why some media have to invent things.
“I speak on the pitch and try to do the best I can for my team.”
Isco has just over 12 months left on his contract with Real Madrid and could leave as a free agent next summer. The Spaniard has stated that he would see if Real Madrid are able to fix their faulty fax machine at the end of the season before making a decision.
Real Madrid’s voice Marca are reporting that there is an offer on the table for Isco to extend his impressive work on the bench for Real Madrid and Florentino Perez hopes he signs it.
