Pique says Ramos will regret his tackle on Messi

Barcelona’s Gerard Pique and Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos continued their ‘aki and pawpaw’ game as Ramos was sent off for trying to dismember Lionel Messi’s legs during the El Classico. Despite being defensive partners for the Spanish national team, there seems to be no love lost between the duo. Maybe the two men can be billed for an under-card bout when Wladimir Klitscko and Anthony Joshua face-off, so they can settle the feud once and for all.

‘Ramos is going to regret that challenge when he gets home. Pique said

‘They are used to very permissive refereeing here and when it doesn’t go that way the referee is the bad guy.’

Ramos responded: ‘I have seen the foul again. In no moment did I want to hurt the player. He hurdled the challenge and there was no contact.

‘The sending off affected the game. Now I do not want to get involved in Pique’s game.’

It maybe too late for that with Ramos appearing to clap Pique as he left the field.
