Toronto FC signs Chris Mavinga from Rubin Kazan

Chris Mavinga has spent most of his career playing in Ligue 1 in France. Toronto FC completed the signing of midfielder Chris Mavinga from Russian club Rubin Kazan on Tuesday. The MLS club did not reveal terms of the transfer or Mavinga's contract.
