Jermaine Jones says the decision to join LA Galaxy was about spending more time with his wife and children. MLS side the LA Galaxy will host tryouts in London and Manchester over the summer of 2017 for the first time ever. The Galaxy's second string, LA Galaxy II, will take 10 players from the two venues across four days back to Los Angeles to train and complete more assessments. The aim is to increase the talent pool on offer to the team, who currently play in the United Soccer League (USL), and perhaps the first XI.
